Our company has recently completed an order for 5000 sets of panel light mounting brackets. From raw material processing such as cutting, punching, chamfering, to powder spraying, we strictly follow our customer’s quality standards. Before packaging, our quality staff will inspect every details of the product, and no deformation, scratches, black spots, uneven powder spraying and other defects are allowed. Since customers have their own customized packaging, they must use their own marks, labels and instruction sheets. In terms of packaging, we use corner protectors for eas of the product, so as to prevent the deformation of the bracket during transportation or shipping.

Four installation methods of LED panel lights

1. Suspending, fix the four base wires of the suspension wire to the ceiling, and then connect the panel lights to the four suspension wires, and adjust the height according to your own preferences.

2. Recessed Mounting, first measure the size of the recessed mounting frame, then draw and cut it out on the ceiling with a pen, and install the conversion frame to install the panel light.

3. Surface Mounting, directly install the surface mounting frame of the panel light on the ceiling of the desired location, and then install the panel light.

4. Embedded, first install a sheet metal groove on the ceiling, and then fix a few protruding brackets on the back of the LED panel light, and then put the panel light into it, so that the bracket and the sheet metal groove on the ceiling coincide, you can fix on the ceiling.
